SHIPPING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
We deliver exclusively with DHL/GLS/DB Schenker under their conditions. Goods can also be ordered, after consultation, directly from our warehouse, Franzstr. 2/4 - 52146 Würselen. Shipping damage Please report missing or damaged parcels immediately to delivery person, otherwise there will be no claim for compensation. Unfree returns (also in case of complaints) without prior agreement will not be accepted.
GERMANY
Shipping costs within Germany are charged at a flat rate of 6.90 €. Smaller shipments can be sent at the letter rate (without insurance against damage or loss) if desired. Shipments with a larger belt size will be charged at cost price by GLS or forwarding agency (forwarding agency shipment only every Wednesday and Friday).
Countries within the EU
(Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus) Shipping costs within the EU are charged at a flat rate of 16.90 Euro. Shipments are made exclusively with DHL. Smaller shipments can be sent by letter/registered mail (applies only to standard packages up to 120x60x60 cm). Larger shipments are sent by forwarding agent (dispatch every Wednesday and Friday) at cost price.
OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
(also Switzerland and Norway) Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of 30.00 € (parcel up to standard size of 120x60x60 cm). Larger parcels will be shipped at cost price. Shipments over 1000.00 € value of goods will incur additional customs export charges. Smaller shipments can be sent at cost price by letter/registered mail. Please ask your customs office for customs charges.
